Screening Coordinator About us Founded by the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research, Linear Clinical Research is at the forefront of scientific discovery through world-leading human clinical trials.
With two primary locations in Joondalup and Nedlands, Linear conducts a broad range of clinical trials across cancer, early phase, and general medicine.
Your Role in Our Future As a Clinical Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining workforce rosters across Linear's Clinical Operations Group to ensure appropriately trained staff are available to support the delivery of clinical research studies.
This role focuses on workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational coordination, while providing administrative support and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of our clinical research facility.
Some of your responsibilities include: · Coordinate and maintain clinic, laboratory, and medical team rosters to ensure appropriate staffing levels are met.
· Monitor staffing requirements and proactively identify and address potential resourcing gaps.
· Maintain clinic bed plans to support the effective scheduling and delivery of clinical studies.
· Track staff training requirements and identify training gaps to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
· Provide administrative and operational support to the Clinical Operations team and assist with clinical activities as required.
Your Experience To be successful in this role, you will have experience coordinating schedules, managing competing priorities, and working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and organisation are essential.
You must also be able to demonstrate:



· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
· Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
· The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
· Proficiency using computer systems and experience working within established procedures and compliance requirements.
