An Prospect to step into a key Procurement Manager role where you will shape sourcing strategy, strengthen supply resilience, and support manufacturing performance.

What You'll Drive

Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships aligned to business goals
n
Lead negotiations to secure optimal commercial, quality, and service outcomes
n
Track market trends to uncover savings and anticipate risk
n
Reduce supply risk through diversification and second sourcing
n
Partner cross-functionally to align sourcing with operational needs
n
Support new product rollout and ERP/planning activities
n
n
What Sets You Apart
n
n




Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Science, or similar
n
7+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing within
manufacturing/industrial
sectors
n
Strong commercial judgement with proven negotiation results
n
Experience managing global suppliers in complex environments
n
Capability in supplier KPIs, audits, and performance improvement
n
Commercial awareness to identify trends and cost efficiencies
n
