Baseline Security Clearance Mandatory About the Role We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centred digital experiences and work closely with cross-functional Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities Design intuitive and user-centred digital experiences and interfaces.
Translate user and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs .
Conduct and contribute to user research, usability testing and design validation .
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides and reusable components .
Apply strong principles of accessibility, usability and responsive design .
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and Service Designers .
Provide clear design specifications and guidance to development teams.
Communicate and present design decisions to stakeholders, using strong storytelling skills.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and iterative design processes.
Key Skills Experience Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer .
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design and problem-solving .
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch,



Adobe XD or equivalent .
Experience with user research, prototyping and usability testing.
Solid understanding of design systems and reusable components.
Good knowledge of accessibility and responsive design principles.
Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments .
Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory.
