Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing P&C; support to our organisation, ensuring that our people and culture initiatives align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will enjoy all facets of a generalist role, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people and culture strategies that support business objectives
n
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on P&C; policies, procedures, and best practices
n
Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management
n
Develop and implement talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and career development
n




Partner with the recruitment team to ensure a diverse and inclusive candidate pool and a positive candidate experience
n
Analyse P&C; metrics to identify trends and prospects for improvement
n
Ensure compliance with all P&C; laws and regulations
n

Qualifications

n

n
Bachelor's degree in P&C;, business, or a related field
n
5+ years of experience in P&C;, with a focus on business partnering
n
Solid knowledge of P&Claws; and regulations
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to build solid relationships with business leaders and employees
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Experience with HR systems and data analysis - we use Employment Hero
n
