About The Role
n
We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner/ Psychotherapist to join our Brisbane team. In this role, you will provide functional behavioural assessments, develop positive behaviour support plans, and deliver person-centred interventions that enhance quality of life for NDIS participants. You'll work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and build strong relationships with participants, families, and support networks.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional behaviour assessments.
n
Develop high-quality, person-centred behaviour support plans.
n
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
n
Support the reduction of restrictive practices in line with NDIS guidelines.
n
Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, and other stakeholders.
n
Maintain accurate records and meet compliance requirements.
n
Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
n

About You
n
n
Experience in behaviour support (Proficient, Core, or above).
n
Strong understanding of positive behaviour support frameworks.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
