Experienced Barista / All-Rounder – Sylvania

We're on the hunt for an experienced Barista / All-Rounder to join our busy café in Sylvania.

What we're looking for:

n

n
Minimum 3 years' experience as a barista in a busy café.
n
Confident dialling in espresso and maintaining coffee consistency throughout service.
n
Ability to work efficiently during busy morning rushes while remaining calm under pressure.
n
Solid customer service skills with a warm, friendly personality.
n
All-round café experience including POS, food running, clearing tables and general café duties.




n
Reliable, punctual and a excellent team player.
n
Weekend availability is essential.
n
