Previous retail management or senior supervisory experience, ideally within pharmacy, health, beauty, grocery or another high-volume retail environment.

Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing a diverse team.
n
Confidence managing performance, attendance, conduct and other day-to-day staffing matters.
n
Strong customer service skills and the ability to calmly resolve complex or sensitive situations.
n
Sound operational judgement, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
n
Experience coordinating recruitment, rostering, training and workplace safety activities.
n




Solid communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with team members and key stakeholders.
n
Comfort using point-of-sale, rostering, inventory and other retail systems.
n
A dedicated work ethic and willingness to work alongside the team during busy periods.
