You will deliver client-focused, outcome-based services through case management and our supported playgroup, working with families facing complex issues to reduce risks and create positive change.
The role requires qualifications in Human Services (Diploma of Community Services or equivalent; Degree preferred) and experience with vulnerable families and children. Thursdays work is required.
