Job Description

Wildes Boutique Hotel in the Southern Highlands invites a talented Chef to join our Kitchen team. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist in daily food preparation, contribute to menu development and help deliver both à la carte and wedding dining experiences.

You should hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or IV) with experience, be able to lead a team as Sous Chef, and bring HACCP knowledge, high standards, and a adaptable seven-day roster to our high-volume operation.
