We are currently seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join the team on a casual basis. Must be available to work across 7 days per week.

About the role
n
The role will be responsible for the day to day general practice duties, to help improve health outcomes for our patients.
n
Duties include
n
n
Chronic Disease Management
n
Care Plans and Health Assessments
n
Wound care
n
Triage management
n
Treatment room assistance as required
n
Stock maintenance and ordering
n
Diagnostic procedures e.g. ECG and Spirometry
n
n
To be considered you must have the following;
n
n
RN with experience working as a Practice Nurse
n
Current unrestricted nursing registration with AHPRA
n
Completed the Australian Government COVID training modules
n
The ability to work independently and take initiative
n
A "can do" attitude and be a proactive/forward thinker
n
A strong multitasking and organisational skills
n
Current First Aid certificate and CPRImmunisation endorsed and papregistered highly desirable,though not essential
n
Ability to work effectively in a busy setting,as part of theteam as well as autonomously
n
Exceptional patient and customer service skills
n

Commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct
n
