Working at the Trade Counter, you'll assist both trade professionals and retail customers by providing expert advice, recommending products, and delivering the friendly, knowledgeable service the company is renowned for.
No two days are the same you'll build relationships with loyal customers, solve problems, and become a trusted expert in a business where your contribution truly matters.
Working Hours Monday to Friday: 7:30am 5:00pm Every second Saturday: 8:00am 12:00pm Duties: Welcoming customers and providing exceptional service Assisting with product enquiries and recommending the right solutions Processing sales accurately and efficiently Building lasting relationships with trade and retail customers Maintaining a well-presented and organised trade counter Working collaboratively with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience Expanding your product knowledge through ongoing training and development About You: You ll thrive in this role if you enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.
