An award-winning architectural practice is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join its Surry Hills studio.
With a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, education, government, healthcare, childcare and industrial projects, this is an excellent prospect to join a collaborative team working across projects from concept through to construction.
You'll work closely with senior architects and project teams to develop high-quality documentation and technical solutions across a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural documentation and construction drawings
Develop plans, elevations,



sections and detailed documentation
Assist with projects through DA, CC and construction stages
Coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders
Resolve technical and construction-related issues
Ensure documentation is accurate, coordinated and delivered to a high standard
Contribute to projects across a variety of sectors
About You:
3+ years' experience within an architectural practice
Strong technical and documentation skills
Excellent understanding of Australian construction and building standards
Experience working across DA and/or construction documentation
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Revit experience is highly desirable
Relevant architectural qualification preferred
