Due to continued growth, an opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join an established Brisbane Family Law team within a highly regarded national mid-tier firm.
You'll work alongside respected Family Law Principals on complex and challenging matters, while having the autonomy to make an immediate contribution and the support to continue developing your technical, leadership and client-facing capabilities.
The Opportunity Working as part of a collaborative national Family Law practice, you'll advise across the full spectrum of family law, including: High-net-worth property and financial settlements Complex parenting and children's matters Separation and relationship disputes Family violence and protection order matters Mediation and alternative dispute resolution Trust, corporate and third-party interest matters International and cross-border family law issues The work requires a strategic and solutions-focused approach, with a strong emphasis on building trusted client relationships and achieving commercially considered outcomes.
At this level, you'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior practitioners, share your expertise and contribute to the continued development of the broader team.
