Events Manager (Fixed Term Contract)
is to continue to support couples with existing wedding bookings through site tours, industry consultation, execution of event strategy and end-to-end event ownership.
Salary:
$90,000 p.a. + superannuation
Hybrid:
adaptable working arrangement
Contract:
Fixed term contract finishing up in late January ****
Support existing couples who have already booked their special day with us in the upcoming season
Responsibilities
Maintain,



nurture and service existing wedding bookings
Create and develop event orders
Supplier and Vendor relations
Organise event collateral for upcoming events
Work with our 3rd party preferred caterer to deliver on guests' expectations
Ensure accommodation is booked on site
Working in collaboration with key stakeholders (Hospitality Manager, Catering Partnership)
Greeting and liaising with key clients for high profile events
Briefing the team
End-to-end ownership of events
