Taking on a portfolio of ******* properties, you'll be supported by a committed Assistant Property Manager with 12 months' experience.
You'll be taking over a well-maintained portfolio from a long-standing Property Manager, making this an ideal opportunity for someone comfortable with end-to-end portfolio management who is looking to focus more on relationship management, while also guiding and mentoring junior staff.
You'll work alongside two experienced Property Managers within a team-oriented team, collectively managing a rent roll of approximately 450 properties.
Requirements Previous residential Property Management experience Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Strong communication and relationship management skills Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail A positive,
