Job details : We are seeking highly skilled and energetic Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to join the Technology and Data Division.

Key duties and responsibilities : Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Work closely with product managers and delivery teams to form product roadmaps and planning of solution design activities, including technical dependencies and sequencing.
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions producing detailed solution design documents and artefacts and conducting various walkthroughs and handovers.
Define technical requirements and non-functional aspects of complex and high-volume enterprise solutions, including performance, scalability, resilience, observability, recoverability and security.
Provide technical leadership, guidance,
and review to solution architects, developers, and other team members.
Participate in governance and technical forums, including presenting and reviewing solutions for endorsement by Senior Executive in line with key architectural principles and patterns.
Ensure solution designs follows defined Salesforce CRM architecture, product road map, best practices and organisational architectural principles.
Provide leadership in design standards and processes to be adhered to by the broader solution architecture team.
Work within scaled agile framework (SAFe), contributing to planning and delivery ceremonies including PI, ART, and sprint planning.
Continuous improvement initiatives to deliver higher quality and faster outcomes (NOTE: the key responsibilities of the role are based on current priorities and may change over time)
