They are seeking a capable Administration Manager to provide leadership and support across administration, payroll, finance and compliance functions while working closely with the Director and Management Team.
What You Will Be Doing Managing HR and payroll functions for approximately 50 employees Processing weekly payroll and legislative obligations Maintaining employee onboarding and termination processes Managing superannuation, payroll tax and PAYG reporting Supervising and supporting administration staff Preparing monthly management reports and reconciliations Managing supplier payments and accounts receivable processes Coordinating insurance claims and registrations Assisting with contract administration and tender submissions Reviewing and updating company procedures and systems Liaising with clients,
suppliers and key stakeholders Providing administrative support to the Director and Management Team What You Will Need Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Administration Management role Demonstrated experience managing payroll and HR functions Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements Experience with MYOB or similar accounting systems Strong leadership and people management skills Experience preparing financial and management reports Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities What's in it for you?
