You'll lead project coordination, build trusted relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders, and contribute to thoughtful, high-quality design documentation. This role is suited to an Architect who is passionate about healthcare design while bringing a genuine curiosity for architecture in all its forms.

Key responsibilities

Partner with the Project Director to lead the design and delivery of complex healthcare projects.
n
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, stakeholders and the wider project team to ensure successful project outcomes.
n
Represent the practice confidently in client meetings, workshops and presentations.
n
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to develop thoughtful, cutting-edge and high-quality design solutions.
n
Bring a genuine passion for architecture,
combining healthcare expertise with a broad design perspective and curiosity across all project types.
n

Skills and experience
n
n
Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience with proven expertise delivering healthcare projects.
n
Strong understanding of Australian Health Facility Guidelines (AusHFG), healthcare planning, spatial relationships and operational workflows.
n
Proficient in Revit and dRofus, with experience using visualisation tools such as Enscape or Lumion highly regarded.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
n
A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset, with a passion for continuous learning, innovation and professional growth.
n
Master of Architecture (or equivalent) and a genuine passion for architecture, combining healthcare expertise with broader design curiosity.
