The Role

Leading and mentoring Restaurant Managers and teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Driving revenue growth by optimising commercial performance, controlling costs, and implementing strategic initiatives.

Building robust local partnerships to elevate the brand and engage with the community.
n
Ensuring operational excellence, from quality control to compliance and team development.
n

What makes you perfect?

3+ years in a Venue Manager, RM, or multi-site role within hospitality or retail.
n
A natural leader who thrives on coaching and developing teams.
n
Robust business acumen with experience in driving key metrics like sales, labour, and COGS.
n
A passion for community engagement and strategic partnerships.
n
Hands‐on, adaptable, and able to lead from the front.
