Shifts:
n Start times between 6:00am - 9:30am (must be flexible)
n Approx. 8-hour shifts
n Workdays: Monday to Friday (additional shifts may be available; potential shift changes in the near future)

Transport: Own vehicle required

Looking to join a well-established food manufacturer with consistent work and long-term opportunity? We're currently seeking Casual Mixing / Bakery / LAFA Operators to support daily production in a quick-paced food manufacturing environment.

n

This role is ideal for hands-on workers who are reliable, physically fit, and comfortable with repetitive tasks while following strict quality and safety standards.

n

Mixing / Bakery / LAFA Role (Physically Active, Repetitive Role)
n Duties include:

n

n
Mixing ingredients according to recipes
n
Weighing and preparing ingredients accurately
n
Unwrapping products and placing them into mixing bowls
n
Moving wheelie bins around the warehouse with product mix
n
Tipping bread and handling raw materials
n
Using lifting aids safely and correctly
n
Completing production paperwork accurately
n
Thinking ahead to maintain production flow
n
Working in a monotonous/repetitive environment
n
Following GMP, quality, and health & safety requirements
n

What You'll Need

Ability to lift up to 25kg
n
Previous food manufacturing, bakery, or process work experience (desirable)
n
Ability to read, understand, and complete paperwork
n
Effective oral and written communication skills
n
GMP and workplace health & safety awareness
n

Own reliable vehicle and transport
n
Flexibility with start times and potential shift changes
