You will join a team who is driving strategic communications to enhance employee engagement and the company's brand and reputation.

Some of the key tasks you will be responsible for include -

n
Upload, maintain and refresh content on the intranet, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
n
Draft internal communications including updates, quick guides, intranet posts, FAQs and leader messages.
n
Support the business with tactical communications requirements where necessary and provide advice and recommendations on communication activities.
n
You will source, write and edit corporate communications content for the business internally including: news articles, key messages, manager toolkits, briefings, scripts, FAQs, videos and more.
n
You will assist with leadership communications
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in communication,
journalism or public relations are essential as is previous experience working in an internal/corporate communications role.
n
To be successful in this role you will have the following -

Solid written communication with an eye for clarity, simplicity and accuracy
n
Sound judgement and confidence advising stakeholders on communication approach, priority and timing
n
Comfort operating autonomously while escalating issues appropriately
n
Ability to translate complex information into engaging messaging across the business
n
Experience with Canva or similar tools for basic design
n
Interest in video creation or short-form content
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
n
High attention to detail and ability to work at pace
n
Curious, proactive and comfortable asking clarifying questions
n
Collaborative approach and willingness to support team-wide initiatives
