Job Description

Your Health Place Medical Centre in Glen Huntly seeks an experienced Endorsed Nurse Practitioner to deliver advanced primary healthcare to older adults in Residential Aged Care Homes. You will be supported by an NP team with ongoing mentorship and development in a team-oriented workplace.

Working independently and with multidisciplinary teams, you will perform health assessments, manage chronic disease, provide preventive care, review medications, and promote health in older residents.
