Permanent Full‐time Position
Great Salary of $125,000 – $130,000 + super + salary packaging (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Provide robust, hands‐on clinical leadership across the home
Support the Facility Manager with clinical governance and accountability
Ensure care plans, assessments, and documentation are compliant, accurate,



and meaningful
Lead and manage SIRS processes and incident response
Prepare for and support accreditation and audit activities
Coach, mentor, and hold clinical and care staff accountable for performance
Drive a positive, safe, and high‐performing clinical culture
Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives
About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Strong experience within residential aged care
Demonstrated knowledge of:
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams
Experience managing audits, compliance, and clinical documentation
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
A proactive, solutions‐focused approach to risk and quality management
Ability to remain calm, confident, and effective under pressure
