n Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is seeking a Ground Crewman Aircraft Support Instructors to join the AH-64 Apache sustainment and support team.
n
Program overview
n The AH-64E Apache program provides advanced attack helicopter capability to the Australian Defence Force, enabling precision strike, armed reconnaissance and close air support. This program sustains a critical combat capability, supports interoperability with coalition partners, and underpins Australia's land and joint operations.
n

Directly support integration and sustainment of the Apache within Army Aviation operations.

Deliver hands-on training and assessments in barracks, field environments and live hot/refuel operations.
n
Influence courseware, doctrine and procedures that set industry standards.

Be embedded with ADF personnel on a high-profile, mission-critical program.
n

What you'll do
n
n
Deliver and assess LMP training, including Initial Employment Training (IET).
n
Act as a Qualified Assessor and Trade Testing Officer.
n
Conduct GCAS training in barracks and field environments, including hot/refuel and ground support procedures.
n
Review, update and author courseware, handouts and LMP materials.
n
Support ePEX section review and authorization.
n
Work to Defence publications,
Operational/Technical
Airworthiness and Army Aviation Risk Management standards.
n
Comply with WHS, Defence Safety Manual and environmental management policies.
n
n
Who we're looking for:
n Essential qualifications & experience
n
n
Aviation Explosive Operations Supervisor (or equivalent).
n
Certificate IV TAE***** (Training & Assessment) or higher.
n
Previous GCAS operational experience.
n
AVN FARP Operator ****** (P******).
n
Must be an Australian citizen (Defence security requirement).
n
CHEM ALERT 1-6 training
n
Defence Aviation Non-Technical Skills / Military Risk Management
n
Hazardous Chemicals Awareness




n
JFIMS (Joint Fuels Inventory Management System) experience
n
Hot Refuel Supervisor (after 12 months in trade)
n
AVN ARMY tow motor licence code
n
n
Security requirement
n
n
