Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the branch
n
Lead, support, and mentor a team of Recruitment Consultants
n
Deliver exceptional service to both participants and employers
n
Coach staff to achieve high performance and professional growth
n
Ensure the branch meets its contractual KPIs and targets
n
