About the Role

n

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (with relevant breaks). As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants by sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for our clients across the industrial, warehousing, and manufacturing sectors. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and getting things done.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job boards, database searches, referrals, and advertising
n
Screen resumes and conduct phone/in-person interviews
n
Coordinate reference checks, compliance documentation, and onboarding paperwork
n
Maintain accurate candidate records in our recruitment database
n
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of quality candidates for ongoing and future roles
n
Liaise with candidates regarding shifts, availability, and placements
n




Support consultants with general administrative and recruitment tasks
n
Deliver a positive candidate experience from first contact through to placement
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a customer service/administration role (recruitment experience highly regarded but not essential)
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
n
A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine interest in people
n
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; database/CRM experience a plus
n
