This is an exciting 6 month temporary prospect for an experienced Document Controller to join an engineering and infrastructure leader based in the CBD. Your Current Role
n
As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and strict compliance with company and industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:
n

Manage and maintain all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence across both internal and customer systems.
n
Set up approval workflows, monitor document revisions, and ensure current versions are distributed to relevant stakeholders.
n
Conduct regular audits of document control processes, ensure data is up to date,
and maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
n
Coordinate with project teams for timely document submissions.
n
Assist with reports/presentations, and support Project and Sales Managers across both proposal and project phases.
n

About You

n
Previous experience with Procore, Aconex, or InEight would be preferred.
n
n
