Key Responsibilities

Supporting yard operations through general maintenance, loader operation, and housekeeping tasks
n
Assist with mowing, weed spraying, cleaning, and other day-to-day yard duties
n
Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch
n
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
n
n

Keen to build a long-term career in the concrete or construction industry
n
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
n
Robust attention to detail and basic numeracy skills
n
Able to work in a fast-paced, outdoor setting
n
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Requirements

Valid Loader Ticket (mandatory)
n
White card
n
Previous experience in yard work, plant operation, or similar roles preferred
n
Experience of operating loaders or heavy machinery (desirable)
n
Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical
