ParaQuad Industries is a not-for-profit social enterprise creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability through our Op Shops and recycling operations. We are excited to be opening a current Op Shop in Canningtonand are seeking an experienced, retail-savvy Shop Managerto lead the store from launch through to long-term success.

About the Role

n

As Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Op Shop, leading a diverse team that includes people with disability, volunteers, and retail staff. You will balance strong commercial outcomes with social impact.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Lead and manage all retail operations, including sales, merchandising, stock control, and visual presentation
n
Supervise, support, and develop staff and supported employees in an inclusive setting
n
Drive sales performance and achieve budget and KPI targets
n
Maintain high standards of customer service and community engagement
n
Ensure WHS, cash handling,



and compliance requirements are met
n
Contribute to the growth and sustainability of ParaQuad's social enterprise mission
n

About You

n

n
Proven retail management experience (Op Shop experience highly regarded)
n
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and support a diverse workforce
n
Commercially minded with a passion for customer experience
n
Organised, hands-on, and confident in a fast-paced retail environment
n
Values-driven and committed to inclusion and community impact
n
Hold (or willing to obtain) a current NDIS check
n
