About the Role As our
Service Advisor
, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in ensuring every job runs efficiently from booking through to vehicle collection.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Greeting customers and managing front counter enquiries
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
Booking vehicles into the workshop
Preparing quotations and invoices
Coordinating daily workshop bookings
Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
Processing payments and finalising completed jobs
Maintaining accurate workshop records
Providing exceptional customer service at every interaction
About You We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work and genuinely cares about providing a great customer experience.
Ideally You'll Have
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, automotive administrator or similar customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organisational and time management abilities
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
