About the Role
n Engineering Trades Australia is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to take responsibility for the electrical delivery of a 106-unit high-rise residential development in Redcliffe.
n This is a long-term opportunity with approximately 2 years of work secured, with further projects available following completion. You will play a key role in coordinating the electrical team and ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard from construction through to completion.
n Key Responsibilities
n

Manage and coordinate day-to-day electrical works across the project
n
Lead and supervise electricians, apprentices and subcontractors
n
Coordinate labour, materials and site requirements
n
Oversee works from rough-in through to fit-off and completion
n
Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans and specifications
n
Monitor progress, productivity and project timelines
n
Conduct pre-starts and toolbox meetings
n
Maintain WHS, quality and compliance standards
n
Liaise with builders, project managers and other trades
n
Assist with variations, materials and project reporting
n
Ensure work is completed to scope, quality and schedule
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
6+ years' post-trade experience
n
Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Senior Leading Hand
n
Strong multi-residential experience is essential
n
High-rise/apartment construction experience highly desirable
n
Ability to lead a team and coordinate site activities
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Current QLD Electrical Licence
n
White Card
n
Current CPR & LVR
n
Driver's Licence
n
n
