We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Prepare high-quality care plans and assessments, provide comprehensive nursing care to elderly residents according to established nursing standards and practices.
n
Ensure safe medication administration, best practice wound care and clinical support for our residents, in line with resident needs and legislative requirements.
n
Support health promotion and aid in illness prevention through educational activities and wellness initiatives.
n
Provide clear explanations and information to residents and their families regarding treatment options and care.
n
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and team members to coordinate resident care.
n
Supervise and manage a care team to deliver the highest quality, person-first, care to our residents.
n




Engage in handovers with the Care Team to ensure continuity of care across shifts.
n
Adhere to all relevant legislative requirements and quality guidelines skills and experience
n
Work night shifts only as required by the roster and operational needs.
n

About You
n
To succeed in this role, you will have:
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
n
Bachelor degree or higher qualification
n
Minimum 1 year of experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting
n
Strong clinical knowledge and evidence-based nursing skills
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, resident-focused approach
n
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
n
Commitment to continuous professional development and high standards of care
n
You must be An Australian Citizen or Permanent Residents to apply
n
A current National Police Check is required for this position
n
