The Role:
n
n
Managing a portfolio of 130 properties - easy, clean portfolio
n
End-to-end portfolio duties with assistance
n
Dedicated Administrator and Trust Accountant in the office
n
Entry & exit condition reports
n
Routine inspections
n
Lease administration
n
Liaising with tenants & landlords
n
Minimal maintenance duties required
n
Support with compliance
n
NO leasing
n
n
The Successful Candidate:
n
n
1-2+ years of Property Management experience
n
Open to Assistant Property Managers wanting a step up
n
VIC Agents Rep
n
Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
n
Solid written & verbal communication skills
n
Outstanding telephone manner & time management
n
Valid driver's license
n
n
