As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced HRWL Trainer & Assessor to join our Salisbury team.

n

About the Role

n

This full time role is perfect for a passionate trainer who thrives in a hands-on environment and is committed to lifting safety and competency standards across the industry.

n

You will be responsible for delivering nationally recognised HRWL training and assessment in:

n

n
Dogging (DG)
n
Rigging (all levels based on current licences held)
n
Forklift (LF)
n
Boom-Type EWP (WP)
n
Vehicle Loading Crane (CV)
n
Slewing Mobile Cranes (C6)
n
Personnel and Materials Hoist (HP)
n

n

You'll work within a supportive team of trainers and assessors to ensure high-quality, compliant,



and engaging training experiences for all students.

n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is confident, safety-focused, and committed to helping learners succeed.

n

You must have:

n

n
Current HRWL licences/statements of attainment for the classes you train/assess
n
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
n
Strong communication skills and a skilled learner-centred approach
n
Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage training sessions effectively
n
A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
n
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team culture
n
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n

n

Experience working in an RTO environment is highly regarded.
