The Opportunity

You will be working on a mix of secured projects, including:
n

Health facilities
n
Hotels and hospitality venues
n
Multi-residential social housing
n
Educational (Schools) infrastructure
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage the full contract lifecycle from procurement through to handover.
n
Administer head contracts and subcontractor agreements, ensuring compliance with commercial and legal requirements.
n
Work closely with project managers, site teams,



and clients to ensure financial and contractual targets are met.
n
Manage progress claims, variations, and cost reporting.
n
Mitigate risk and resolve contractual disputes efficiently.
n
Contribute to a culture of innovation, utilizing modern building methodologies to deliver sustainable outcomes.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the commercial construction sector.
n
Strong understanding of construction contracts (preferably Australian Standard Contracts).
n
Experience working on projects such as health, hotels, multi-res, or education is highly regarded.
n
JOBPAC experience seen as an advantage
n
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with solid negotiation skills.
n
A passion for sustainable building and architectural excellence.
