This is an exciting opportunity for an Optical Assistant and also an Assistant Manager to join our thriving team at Specsavers in Camberwell, Victoria. As a full-time role, you will play a key part in providing an outstanding customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. What you'll be doing

Delivering exceptional customer service and providing personalised optical advice
n
Assisting with the sales process, including frame selection, measurements and dispensing
n
Maintaining the store's presentation
n
Providing support to the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations
n
Contributing to the overall performance and success of the store
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the optical or retail industry
n




Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
n
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and
efficientlyEnthusiasm,
a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional results
n
The flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends (no evenings)
