As we continue to grow, we're seeking a new role as a commercially driven Finance Manager who wants to do more than report numbers. We want someone who enjoys understanding how a business works, influencing decisions, improving systems, and helping us scale smarter.

What You'll Do
n
n
Delivering monthly management reporting and financial insights.
n
Leading budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
n
Managing Bookkeeper and support staff
n
Analysing customer, product and channel profitability to identify growth opportunities.
n
Supporting pricing, margin and cost analysis across the business.




n
Partnering with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations to improve business performance.
n
Identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and improve finance processes using AI and recent technologies.
n
Building dashboards and reporting that give the team better visibility and faster decision-making.
n
Supporting audit, compliance and strong financial controls as we continue to scale.
n

What You'll Bring
n
We're less interested in how many years you've worked and more interested in how you think.

You'll likely have:
n
n
3-5+ years' experience in management accounting, commercial finance or a similar role.
n
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or another product‐based business.
n
CA or CPA qualification (or currently working towards it).
n
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into practical commercial recommendations.
n
Confidence working across teams and influencing decisions.
n
A passion for continuous improvement, automation and using AI to work smarter.
n
Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.
n
