Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to established recipes and standards

Ensure that all food preparation areas are kept clean and sanitized

Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and place orders as needed
n
Work closely with other kitchen staff members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

Assist with developing recent menu items or specials as required
n
Adhere to all food safety regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience working as a Breakfast Chef or similar role is preferred
n
Culinary degree or certification from an accredited institution is an advantage

Experience working in a professional kitchen environment

Availability for early morning shifts including weekends
