The Role
n
As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you'll lead high-energy group training sessions designed to motivate members, build community, and deliver results across strength, conditioning, and functional fitness.
n
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment, loves coaching people of all fitness levels,



and brings strong energy and professionalism to every class.
n
What you'll be doing:
n
n
Lead expert-led Reformer Pilates classes, within our brand new boutique Reformer Pilates Studio.
n
Provide safe, technique-focused coaching and movement instruction
n
Create a motivating and inclusive class environment for members of all fitness levels
n
Build strong relationships with members to support engagement and retention
n
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional training environment
n
Contribute positively to club culture, energy, and member experience
n
Support group fitness initiatives, events, and community engagement activities
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
n
Current First Aid and CPR certification
n
Current ABN, Public Liability, and Professional Indemnity Insurance
n
Experience and qualification in Reformer Pilates training instruction
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
n
Positive, energetic, and passionate about helping members achieve results
n
Working With Children Check
n
Availability across early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
n
