About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Handy Personto work with our team on our smaller works and projects.The role would involve hands-on carpentry and building worksfor our maintenance services & small refurbishments to offices, laboratories & clinical areas. The role also includes a company supplied vehicle.

Duties Include
n
n
Adapting to rapid-changing situations
n
Minor building and carpentry works for our small refurbishments to offices, laboratories & clinical areas
n
Completing WHS documentation
n




Some measuring, setting out and organising of trades
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Carpentry trade or equivalent qualification (desirable but not necessary)
n
Full Australian working rights
n
Valid driver's license
n
Experience leading a small team (desirable but not necessary)
n
Excellent organisational, time managementand communication skills
n
Basic email and PC use for site inductions and office correspondence
n
n
