Requirements

A dynamic, outgoing personality who can lead, inspire and motivate a diverse team.
n
Previous management experience, ideally in the fitness, retail or hospitality industry.
n
Passionate about health and fitness and maintaining high standards of club cleanliness and safety.
n
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Drive the growth of the club's membership base through sales management and community outreach.

Develop and maintain a high-performing team that delivers exceptional member service.

Promote a positive, inclusive club culture that aligns with the Anytime Fitness brand.

Ensure the club meets its financial objectives and maintains operational efficiency.

Plan and implement marketing strategies to continuously attract new members.
