We're looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team and help deliver the outstanding service our customers know us for.

About the Role

n
Serve trade and retail customers in‐store and over the phone
n
Process sales, quotes, and orders accurately
n
Provide friendly, qualified customer support
n
Assist with general sales and showroom duties
n
Work Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rotating roster
n

What We're Looking For

Robust communication and customer service skills
n
Positive, reliable, and team‐oriented attitude
n
Previous sales or trade‐related experience (preferred but not essential)
n
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
