Packline Solutions is seeking a proactive and organised Finance Manager to join our team in Castlemaine. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing the day-to-day finance function while contributing to process improvements and supporting the wider business.

The Role
n
Reporting to the Directors, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliations using Netsuite
n
Processing supplier invoices and preparing weekly payment runs
n
Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
n
Processing payroll, PAYG and superannuation
n
Preparing BAS information for lodgement
n
Assisting with month-end reporting and reconciliations
n
Preparing sales and financial reports
n
Setting up supplier payments, including FX transactions
n
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
n
Assisting with HR administration, onboarding documentation and employee records
n
Maintaining OH&S; documentation and business compliance records
n
Providing general administration support across the business as required
n
Assisting with improving systems, workflows and business processes
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
n
n




Previous experience as a Finance Manager or similar
n
Robust experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll
n
Excellent reconciliation skills and attention to detail
n
Experience preparing BAS information
n
Experience using accounting software (JCurve experience highly regarded)
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
A proactive attitude and willingness to assist across different areas of the business
n
Confidence learning new technologies and identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes
n
