We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Lead to take ownership of a growing HV Testing & Commissioning division. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership position where you'll influence business strategy, lead technical teams, manage key client relationships and drive the successful delivery of major projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Overseeing HV testing, commissioning and maintenance projects across multiple sites
n
Leading, mentoring and developing HV Test Technicians, Supervisors and field personnel
n
Managing workforce planning, resource allocation and project scheduling
n
Coordinating labour, equipment, subcontractors and project resources
n
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
Supporting project delivery,



commercial outcomes and operational performance
n
Reviewing technical documentation, drawings and specifications
n
Providing technical leadership and problem-solving support to project teams
n
Driving safety, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
n
Managing project costs, approvals and reporting requirements
n
n
Required Experience
n
n
Australian Electrical Trade Qualification
n
Full Australian work rights
n
Experience in HV testing and commissioning
n
Leadership, supervisory or management experience
n
Hands on experience using Omicron test equipment
n
Primary and secondary testing experience
n
Experience working in power generation or utility infrastructure, renewables preferred
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
Current White Card
n
Current CPR/LVR certification
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
Strong knowledge of substations, transmission & distribution networks and power systems
n
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
n
Robust commercial awareness and project delivery experience
n
