Key Responsibilities

n

Counsel students on education opportunities, courses, and pathways in Australia.
n
Guide students through the application and admission process with universities/colleges.
n
Work closely with migration and education teams to provide end-to-end solutions.
n
Develop and implement strategies to expand the branch's client base and visibility in Perth.
n
Build, mentor, and manage a growing team of counsellors and support staff.
n
Meet business targets while ensuring high-quality client service standards.
n

Key Requirements

n

n
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Education Counsellor
n
Robust understanding of Australian education and migration pathways.
n
Basic working knowledge of the Australian education system is required.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Ability to take initiative, handle challenges, and work independently.
n
Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in team building and business development.
n
Experience working as part of a team with collaborative leadership capabilities.
n
Solid problem solving and decision making skills.
n
Valid Australian work visa is required.
