We are looking for a Service Advisor who owns the customer experience from first call to keys back in hand.

The role:

n

n
Run the front of house - bookings, quoting, updates, follow-ups
n
Translate what the techs find into plain English for customers
n
Keep the workshop schedule moving
n
Handle invoicing, parts and admin
n
Build the kind of relationships that bring people back
n

n

You:

n

n
Customer-facing automotive experience (or serious hunger to learn)
n




Organised, rapid on your feet, positive under pressure
n
Comfortable with tech and workshop systemsStrong admin skills - detail-oriented and nothing slips through the cracks
n
Current driver's licence
n
