The Role

We are looking for an experienced cabinet maker to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a skilled and detail-oriented skilled with experience in manufacturing and assembling custom cabinetry. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manufacturing and assembling custom projects, including cabinets, vanities, and other built-in furniture.
n
Operating woodworking machinery, hand tools, and CNC equipment.
n
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
n
Ensuring quality control and maintaining high production standards.
n
Working efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
n
Collaborating with the production team to optimize processes and workflow.
n
Adhering to workplace safety regulations and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
n

Requirements
n
n
Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar cabinet-making role.
n
Relevant Cert. III qualification or 3 years of experience.
n
Strong understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and finishes.
n
Ability to read and work from technical drawings and plans.
n
Experience with CNC machinery (preferred but not essential).
n
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
n
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
