Job Description

Arete Concrete is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the human resources function in a rapid-paced construction workplace. You will lead recruitment, workforce planning, performance management and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws and awards.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this hands-on role balances strategic HR work with day-to-day operations, including safety programs and workforce cost monitoring, to support business growth.
