Surry Hills Print & Design is on the lookout for a hands-on, switched-on Digital Print Specialist to join our busy (and genuinely friendly) production team.

n

This is a full-time role based in Surry Hills, NSW 2010, where no two days are quite the same. One moment you'll be running large format prints, the next you'll be fine-tuning files, solving a colour challenge, or helping bring a client's idea from screen to something they can actually hold in their hands.

n

What you'll be doing

n

n
Running and maintaining a range of digital print equipment (large format printers, copiers, and wide-format plotters)
n
Preparing print-ready files and managing colour accuracy to ensure high-quality output every time
n
Supporting jobs from start to finish - from pre-press setup through to finishing and delivery prep
n
Keeping an eye on stock, consumables, and helping keep workflows running smoothly
n
Working closely with the team to get jobs out on time and to a high standard
n
Jumping in with ideas on how we can work smarter, faster, and better
n

What we're looking for

n
Solid experience in a digital print production environment (2+ years minimum)
n
Confident hands-on ability with digital print equipment
n
Robust skills in file preparation, colour management, and quality control
n
A sharp eye for detail - spotting issues before they become problems
n
Calm, capable, and reliable when things get busy
n
Good time management and a team-first attitude
n
Australian working rights (essential)
