You will negotiate payment plans, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements while maintaining strong relationships with customers and external agencies.
You will work within a cooperative team, contribute to process improvements, and report on recovery metrics, with a focus on minimising loss and protecting the organisation's financial
